EUMETSAT has formal cooperation agreements with the following organisations: China Meteorological Administration (CMA), Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Japanese Meteorological Agency (JMA), Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA), the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Meteorological Service of Canada (MSC) and the Russian Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (ROSHYDROMET).

EUMETSAT cooperates with the following International partners
CMA
EUMETSAT and CMA have established a mutually beneficial cooperation since 1998, with a focus on scientific operational and training activities.
ISRO
EUMETSAT and ISRO have an established cooperation since 2000, focusing on periodical consultations and exchanges of images and information on matters related to images from the respective Earth Observation satellites in support to weather analysis and forecasting, as well as the exchange of satellite data and products.
JMA
The cooperation between EUMETSAT and JMA, concluded in 2007, enables a long-term framework to address information-sharing on ongoing and future satellite programmes, coordinating the implementation of relevant WMO and CGMS recommendations, and exchanging data and products from the respective meteorological satellites.
KMA
EUMETSAT and KMA share a long-standing cooperation, which has been strengthened in 2006 with a framework providing for periodical consultations and a focus on satellite data applications development and data processing methodology, training, scientific research, as well as a perspective of satellite data and products exchanges.
NOAA
EUMETSAT has established strong cooperation with the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), particularly with its National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Service (NESDIS).
Environment Canada
Starting from an early involvement of the Canadian Meteorological Centre in the EUMETSAT ATOVS Retransmission Service (EARS) network, the cooperation between EUMETSAT and Canada has progressed to a far-reaching perspective with the finalisation of a Memorandum of Understanding in early 2008, which was extended for another five years in 2011.
Roshydromet
EUMETSAT and ROSHYDROMET enjoy a working relationship that began in 1997.
