The Data Centre provides a comprehensive retrieval service, including on-line access to the data catalogues, via the Online Ordering Application.

The Data Centre receives and archives images and meteorological products from EUMETSAT satellites, including some products from our partners. The archiving and retrieval processes are automated, and are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

All archived data in the Data Centre can be accessed over the internet via the Online Ordering Application. Our digital data are written to LTO-4 and T10000 tape media, each having the capacity to store several days' images and products.

Note that the Online Ordering Application is a Java application. Please refer the Online Ordering FAQs for information regarding installing or upgrading;Java Runtime Environment.
