The User Service Helpdesk offers support to existing and future users of operational services and to all visitors to our website.
The helpdesk aims to answer all enquiries within three working days, whenever possible. When enquiries require more detailed investigation or involve the help of staff outside the User Service, an interim response is provided with the aim of providing the full response within 15 working days.

The User Service Helpdesk is based at the EUMETSAT Headquarters and can be contacted during normal working hours, Monday to Thursday 08:30–17:15 CET, Friday 08:30–16:00 CET.
