Monitoring weather and climate from space

Internet

Negating the need for satellite reception station equipment, internet delivery offers an affordable way to transfer smaller volumes of data and products.

The following services are available via internet delivery:

[Internal link]Archive (historical) image data and meteorological products

[Internal link]Archive Direct

[Internal link]Low Rate SEVIRI Image data

[Internal link]Derived Product Imagery

EUMETSAT utilise FTP over the internet to deliver [Internal link]Archive Direct and [Internal link]Low Rate SEVIRI data.

A wide range of near-real time imagery, RGB composites and visualised products are also available on our website, see links below or our [Internal link]Image Gallery.

Near-real time imagery
Near-real time imagery is available as direct observations from the spectral channels of the Meteosat 0 degree and IODC satellites and from the polar-orbiting Metop satellite.
