The EUMETSAT Product Navigator is the central data discovery service for all EUMETSAT data and products, including third-party products disseminated via EUMETCast. Users can use the Product Navigator to search for data, order data via the EUMETSAT Data Centre and subscribe to EUMETCast disseminated services.

Users can search for products in three ways:

Simple Search — a general search across all products.
Extended Search — a more versatile, targeted search function.
Browse by Theme — tree-based access to products.

Each product is presented with a brief description and a range of important information such as coverage, how the product is disseminated, to whom it is available, the typical file formats, examples of file naming conventions, and dissemination frequency. Links are provided to where the product can be accessed as well as to further information on the product itself.

In addition, an interactive map can be used to define a spatial area in which to search for products and data available within a specific geographical region.

The Product Navigator collection entries are compatible with ISO 19115/19139 standards and conform to the EU INSPIRE directive. Our Data Standards pages have more information.

Access and Registration

To access many of the services provided by EUMETSAT, users need to register first with the User Service. For most products this can be done using EUMETSAT's Earth Observation Portal (EO Portal). For some services a separate Registration Form is required.
