German Minister of Transport visits EUMETSAT

Wolfgang Tiefensee, German Minister of Transport, was welcomed today by EUMETSAT’s Director General, Dr. Lars Prahm, on the occasion of his first official visit to Europe’s Weather Satellite Organisation.

EUMETSAT Secretariat receives ISO 9001 certification for the third time

Today, Dr. Lars Prahm, Director General of EUMETSAT officially received the certificate from the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS) which renews EUMETSAT’s compliancy to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
