EUMETSAT contributes to AMESD, African component of GMES

EUMETSAT and the African Union Commission have signed a memorandum of understanding on how the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites will contribute to the African Monitoring of the Environment for Sustainable Development (AMESD) project.
