Dissemination of EARS-AVHRR Metop-A data from the HRPT stationsWe are pleased to announce the start of the dissemination of EARS-AVHRR Metop-A data from the HRPT stations. The proposed date for activation is Tuesday 16 March 2010.
The products are in EPS Level 0 format, and follow EPS file naming convention, as described in the Please note, there is a small limitation on some of the header fields which is inherited from the parent product and not recomputed per segment file.
Test files are now available via the Folder: EARS-AVHRR_Metop_Test_Files
On 16 March, the data will be automatically disseminated to all registered EARS users via EUMETCast-Europe: EUMETSAT Data Channel 1, PID 500. |
