Users’ feedback — What You Say

We are planning to introduce a new area on our website and a new Twitter account to enhance communication between you — the users of EUMETSAT satellite data — and EUMETSAT.

We communicate with our users via the UNS, news on the external website and the User Service Helpdesk. We are now looking to extend two-way communication.

The new area on the site will be called What You Say. It will be your chance to tell us and other users of our data and products about what you use, how you use it and how you access it.

If you are happy to be included in this new section on the external website, then please complete [External link]this survey.

We are also launching a new Twitter account dedicated to passing on information to, and getting information from, users.

The feed, [External link]https://twitter.com/@eumetsat_users, is the official EUMETSAT Twitter account for users of our data and those interested in learning more about the data/services/products we provide. We will update and monitor our account during office hours, 8.30am-5.15pm CET, Monday to Friday.
