Number Of Days Without Rain products on EUMETCast

On 9 June 2011 EUMETSAT will commence the dissemination of the “Number Of Days Without Rain” (for dry season monitoring) product on EUMETCast.

On 9 June 2011 EUMETSAT will commence the dissemination of Refined Ocean Products and Composite Ocean Products from PML for the 2 AMESD regions (EMadagascar and NEMadagascar).

Replacement of AIDA-1 channel with TPC-1 channel

The new TPC-1 channel will be hosted by the same multicast address of the previous AIDA-1 channel, but users will need to reconfigure their reception stations in order to receive the data from it. Please note: the old AIDA-1 channel is no longer available.

Inclusion of RANET products on EUMETCast

As of 26 May 2011 EUMETSAT will include RANET on EUMETCast for users across Europe and Africa.
