European scientific/technical workshop with SOA/NSOAS at EUMETSAT Following the signature of the cooperation agreement with the Chinese State Oceanic Administration (SOA) and its National Satellite Ocean Application Service (NSOAS) on 30 August 2012, a workshop is being held at EUMETSAT on 18-21 June 2013 with the objective of further strengthening scientific and technical cooperation in the domain of satellite oceanography.
