CFOSAT SWIM BUFR products to be updated

Filenames of CFOSAT SWIM BUFR products will be updated on 23 February 2022.

The CFOSAT SWIM Level 2 BUFR products, currently distributed on EUMETCast, will undergo a filename change on 23 February.

The filenames will change from

W_XX-EUMETSAT-Darmstadt,SURFACE+SATELLITE,CFO+NRT+SWIM_C_EUMP_20220201112301_OGDR_52.bin

to

W_XX-EUMETSAT-Darmstadt,SURFACE+SATELLITE,CFO+NRT+SWIM_C_EUMS_20220201112301_OGDR_52.bin

The product contents will not change.
