Terms and Conditions applicable to Data and Products from Copernicus Sentinel Missions operated by EUMETSAT (currently Sentinel-3 and Sentinel-6 missions).

Data and products from Copernicus Sentinel missions operated by EUMETSAT (hereinafter "Sentinel Data") are made available to you in line with the Copernicus Sentinel data policy as defined in the Copernicus Programme and dedicated Commission Delegated Regulation (Copernicus Sentinel Data Policy (ESA/PB-EO(2013)30, rev 1; Regulation (EU) No 377/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1159/2013).

You are expected to consult and familiarise yourself with the Legal Notice on the use of Copernicus Sentinel Data and Service Information, ensuring that you have understood how and for what purposes Sentinel Data and Service Information may be used, how it must be credited and taking note of the European Union’s limited liability. Breach of any of these conditions may result in the loss of rights granted hereunder.

Sentinel Data is provided "as is". Neither EUMETSAT nor any other entity involved in the Copernicus Programme can guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the Sentinel Data or its suitability for the purpose of your activities. EUMETSAT and entities involved in the Copernicus Programme shall not be held liable for any damage derived from the use of Sentinel Data by you or any third party, except in case of wilful misconduct.
