EUMETSAT is organising a series of Webinars on Observation missions that are part of its next generation satellite programmes - Meteosat Third Generation (MTG) and EUMETSAT Polar System – Second Generation (EPS-SG).

The next in this webinar series is on EPS-SG Multi-viewing Multi-channel Multi-polarisation Imaging (3MI) mission, organised on 14-15 June 2021, 12:00-14:00 UTC. The webinar provides an overview of the instrument, measurement principles, description of Level-1 and Level-2 products and formats, application examples and reprocessing.
EUMETSAT organises the User Preparation Webinars to:
- raise technical and scientific awareness among users,
- trigger software and algorithm developments for exploiting the products, and
- stimulate development of applications.
The webinar is open to all who are interested in using data from the 3MI mission.
