Geostationary Nowcasting Cloud products to be discontinued
The Meteosat 0 degree full disc Geostationary Nowcasting Cloud products will be discontinued on 24 February 2022.

The affected products are the Meteosat 0 degree full disc Geostationary Nowcasting Cloud products generated based on V2016 of the NWC SAF GEO software package:
- Geostationary Nowcasting Cloud Type
- Geostationary Nowcasting Cloud Mask
- Geostationary Nowcasting Cloud Top Temperature and Height
These products are currently distributed on EUMETCast Africa and EUMETCast Terrestrial. As of 24 February, they will no longer be generated and their distribution will be stopped.
Note: Europe and North-Atlantic Geostationary Cloud products, based on V2018 of the NWC SAF GEO software package, are available on EUMETCast Europe and EUMETCast Terrestrial:
