New Sentinel-3 SRAL wave products on EUMETCast soon

New Along-track Significant Wave Height Level-2+ (L2P) products from SRAL on Sentinel-3A and -3B will be available from 27 June.

These mono-mission products contain calibrated (relative to buoys) along-track significant wave height (SWH), a validity flag and the applied bias correction.

They are processed by the Sentinel-3 L2P/L3 Marine Altimetry Service (CNES/CLS), in the frame of a EUMETSAT contract, part of the Copernicus Programme funded by the European Union.

The products are available in Near-Real Time and have operational status.

They will be distributed on EUMETCast Europe, High Volume Service Transponder 2 (HVS-2), using the following channels:
