New processing baseline for Sentinel-3 OLCI Level 1 data

This new Sentinel-3 OLCI Level-1 processing baseline 3.01 introduces changes in the OLCI Calibration Auxiliary Data Files (OL_1_CAL_AX):

• OLCI-A has an updated radiometric gain model from an extended calibration dataset.
• OLCI-B has a revised solar diffuser ageing model and an updated radiometric gain model from an extended calibration dataset.

OLCI-A and -B L1 top-of-the-atmosphere radiances change the most in the blue bands by about 0.25% and the changes vary depending on the camera and the pixel.
