NOAA NDE System upgrade A NOAA NDE System upgrade is planned to take place on 14 December 2022, affecting products from GOES-16, GOES-17, SNPP and NOAA-20. Last Updated 06 December 2022 Published on 01 December 2022 The following products will be affected: GOES-16 Clear-Sky Radiances and GOES-17 Clear-Sky Radiances: version will change from v2r1 to v2r2. GOES-16 All-Sky Radiances and GOES-17 All-Sky Radiances: version will change from v2r1 to v2r2. Scientific changes: BUFR toolkit upgraded to version 5.4. The land sea flag is updated in the CSR file and the percent clear over water is updated in the ASR file.
