Due to its rather peripheral position with respect to the satellite position, Krosa is viewed from the south-west side. In order to enhance the 3D-impression the solar-channel image (black-and-white) is overlaid with the semi-transparent image of the IR-temperature (yellow-warm to white-cold hues). In the movie the evolution of the white cirrus anvil can be observed.
