GOES-16 Space Weather data on EUMETCast soon

GOES-16 Space Weather data will be available on EUMETCast Europe from 23 October.

The data are Level-1b data from the following instruments:

  • EHIS: Energetic Heavy Ion Sensor
  • MPSH: Magnetospheric Particle Sensor, medium and high energy
  • MPSL: Magnetospheric Particle Sensor, low energy
  • SGPS: Solar and Galactic Proton Sensor.

These instruments form part of the Space Environment In-Situ Suite (SEISS).

Data format is netCDF.
