Release of Sentinel-3A Sea and Land Surface Temperature Radiometer (SLSTR) Level-1B data

From 17 November, SLSTR Level-1B data will be available at Near Real Time (NRT) timeliness.

SLSTR Level-1b channel S8 (10.8microns), 9 Nov, over the Red Sea. Shows thermal signature of land surfaces, in addition to the sea temperature.

If you would like to have access to the pilot CODA service, email our User Service Helpdesk with subject ‘CODA access’. A CODA account will be created for you and you will then receive an email with your CODA account credentials. There is a future plan to implement a single sign-on with our EOP, so you will be able to access the CODA with your EOP credentials.

The release of SLSTR L1B data follows the release of the first operational data from the Ocean and Land Colour Instrument in October.
