GOES-East Space Weather data from EXIS and SUVI on EUMETCast soon

GOES-East Space Weather data from the EXIS and SUVI instruments will be available on EUMETCast from 20 August.

We are currently distributing GOES-East Space Weather data Space Weather — GOES from the SEISS instruments.

On 20 August additional GOES-East Space Weather data from the EXIS (Extreme Ultraviolet and X-Ray Irradiance Sensors) and SUVI (Solar Ultraviolet Imager) instruments will be available on EUMETCast:

  • EXIS EUVS: Extreme Ultraviolet Sensor (flux) data
  • EXIS XRS: X-Ray Sensor data
  • SUVI EUV: Extreme Ultraviolet data (only from channels Fe195 and He303)

The data are Level 1B data in netCDF format.

Users already subscribed to GOES-East Space Weather data will receive these new data automatically. Other users wishing to receive these data should register via our Earth Observation Portal (EOP).
