With the MTG (Meteosat Third Generation) system, it has launched one of the most innovative weather satellite systems ever built: the benefits of this investment for the users of our data are expected to be very important. In this webinar, we’ll explore the data journey from space to the end users of satellite applications in renewable energy.

Coordination Group for Meteorological Satellites 52nd plenary meeting

The Coordination Group for Meteorological Satellites (CGMS) is the group that globally coordinates meteorological satellite systems on an operational basis. This includes protection of in orbit assets, contingency planning, improvement of quality of data, support to users, facilitation of shared data access and development of the use of satellite products in key application areas.
