Metop-C will be the third satellite in the EUMETSAT Polar System programme.
After years of hard work and planning, Metop-C was successfully launched from Kourou at 01:47 (CET) Wednesday!
In previous blogs, it has been mentioned that once launched, Metop-C will fly in a “tri-star” constellation with its sibling spacecraft, Metop-A and –B.
